The Mesa awning 52.5" wide is our heavy-duty, small patio and window retractable awning. The design and operational use is unique and it is recognized for its vertical upward folding arms. This retractable is fully assembled (with the exception of installing the arms) and is available in a manual operation. This awning is designed for the purpose of providing shade in areas that are typically too small for our larger retractable models that are offered.

I needed a little extra shade over a small area by the house, and this turned out to be just what I was looking for. It was easier to put together than I expected, and I really like how smoothly I can open it when I need shade and tuck it away afterward. The fabric feels sturdy and the whole thing looks much nicer than I expected for such a compact awning. It has made that little outdoor space much more comfortable, and I’m honestly very happy with the purchase.

I was not sure how much I would actually use this awning, but it has quickly become one of my favorite things about our outdoor area. The shade makes such a difference when we want to sit outside during the brighter part of the day, and I like that I can simply roll it back when I want the sunlight again. It also gives the space a more finished and inviting feel without making any major changes. Now that we have it, I honestly wonder how we managed without it before.
