New Yorker 8 ft. Fabic Awning

The Awntech New Yorker™ Awning is a great choice for those who are looking to have a symmetric and clean cut structure added to their home or store front. This model has a sloped frame and a rigid valance. Awntech offers a variety of standard, aluminum, mill finish frame sizes that fit the standard dimensions of many windows and doors. Sizes range from 3 feet to 10 feet widths but can be built up to 50 feet widths upon request. We offer 100% acrylic fabric, the recommended type of coated fibers for outdoor products. The fabric wears better as it has a natural resistant barrier to moisture, fading, and dirt. Another plus side is, overtime, the fabric cover can be replaced.  All fixed models are designed to have a seamless modular assembly so that customers are not limited to hiring only a professional to assemble and install. This product is ideal for the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) customer but not limited to professional contractors or installers. Given that the design is modular, durablity comes into question for some. Awntech has a patent on the fixed awnings allowing the frames to withstand moderate to severe inclement weather.
