The Apollo Pergola Covering System is a complete, ready-to-install roof covering kit—not just polycarbonate sheets. Each system includes durable 8mm SkyPoly multiwall polycarbonate panels, connectors, U-Profiles, vent tape, screws, washers, and the essential components needed to install the cover on your pergola.
Designed to make outdoor spaces more comfortable year-round, Apollo can reduce temperatures underneath your pergola by up to 20°F while providing UV protection and allowing natural light to pass through. The panels are hail resistant, low maintenance, and backed by a 10-year warranty for long-term outdoor performance.
When properly installed with the required support and cross-bracing, the Apollo System can handle winds up to 116 MPH and snow loads up to 36 PSF. Its versatile, DIY-friendly design works with a wide range of pergola structures, making it an excellent long-term solution for homeowners who want reliable shade and weather protection without replacing basic plastic roofing panels every few years.

The Apollo System installs easily over either setup, as the panels can be custom-trimmed. For optimal performance, ensure the spacing between your rafters or purlins is 24 inches or less.
To maximize the performance of your Apollo System, a slight slope is required. We recommend a minimum 4% slope, which equates to a 1-inch drop for every 24 inches of length.
If your pergola roof is flat, lateral shims offer an easy way to add the necessary slope for proper water runoff and optimal Apollo system performance.
The Apollo System is engineered to handle snow loads up to 40 PSF (pounds per square foot) when installed with a proper framework. For optimal stability, we recommend keeping your support board spacing at 24 inches or less.
The Apollo System is engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 125 MPH when installed with proper structural support and cross-bracing. To ensure maximum stability, we recommend keeping your rafter spacing at 24 inches or less.
